Salary: £65,000 to £70,000 + Benefits: 25 days holiday per year + bank holidays, pension, life insurance, private medical insurance (following a successful probation period), contributory pension scheme, daily fresh fruit and snacks provided, Travel loan - interest free over 10 months

Overview
You will have previous experience in a mixed Business Analyst/Project Management role, ideally within Media and Digital Publishing Services. You will be able to manage and drive the shaping, planning and delivery of a number of projects (Business Technology), small teams in differing methodologies depending on the project. You will also work closely with the business to ensure business critical needs are met.
Key strengths in addition to experience of PM/BA roles
· Ability to take ownership of all aspects of a project - 3rd party selection, negotiations, analysis, planning, delivery, business change
· Confidence in your ability to deal in challenging situations
· Ability to work in critical projects but in a small organisation with little structure around project setup and governance, the PM will be designing these processes as well as using them
· Fit in a small organisation - one of the team, team player
· Ability to make risk based decisions
· Ability to have challenging discussions, hold with confidence with challenging stakeholders while building relationships
Experience/Skills:
Project Management
· Manage all phases of project development - Experience with end to end delivery from initiation, mobilisation through to execution and handover
· Project Management methodology, ensuring that risks are managed; issues are addressed; costs and time are monitored; strong communications to ensure business and technology teams are fully engaged and expectations are being met. Experience in different methodologies is key – Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid environments
· Experience of engaging and managing 3rd party vendors (software and implementation vendors) to ensure the maximum outcomes are achieved
· Serve as the liaison to the customer for the development team
· Ability to manage projects across different geographies
· Experience on ability to ensure successful adoption of technology in the business and business outcomes are achieved
· Analyse problems in terms of process and/or systems functionality; apply analytical and quantitative techniques to describe, communicate and coordinate implementation of recommended solutions
Business Analysis
· Assumes business analyst responsibilities when project is not big enough to warrant both a Project Manager and a Business Analyst. Leads business and development team(s) in the process of identifying and assessing business requirements and developing solutions aligned with business and IT strategies
· Responsible for gathering, compiling and collating information with regard to business or technology processes and/or systems. Consistently demonstrates in-depth knowledge of core business processes
· Leads Testing Phases of Projects (all phases)
· Provides analytic support by coordinating data extraction and data interpretation
· Provides clear written and verbal communications to project team
