Salary: £50,000 to £65,000 (pro rata) DOE PLUS £5,100 (pro rata) flexible benefit + 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro rata)
NO TEAM LEAD OR MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
YOU MUST HAVE PAY REVIEW PROCESS EXPERIENCE to be able to hit the ground running and work with the HR team and Stakeholders to implement the pay review process strategy.
You are being brought in to deliver the Pay Review Process only so you must be happy with this.
As a member of the Total Reward team you will play a key role in enabling the annual pay review process including benchmarking pay practices, providing insights and specialist expertise, identifying methods to improve processes and engaging with a range of stakeholders.

Your role
You will provide reward expertise across a number of reward approaches with particular focus on strategy for your business area in the annual salary and bonus review. You will also play a significant role in various reward projects across the UK firm.
You will sit between the Senior Reward Manager (who will work on high level strategy and governance with the leadership team) and a Reward Consultant Analyst and be focused on and manage the pay review process.
Responsibilities
· Enable the delivery of annual/ad hoc reward projects dealing with a wide range of stake holders including Communities of Expertise (CoE), HR and other Service Line stakeholders
· Inform the system build and user acceptance testing for the pay review system
· Provide support, via various project roles, to Firm wide projects e.g. benefit benchmarking, analysis and implementation
· Provide input into the creation of reward related training materials for the business and use expertise to support the increase of HR and business knowledgebase
· Engage with various levels of business stakeholders and HR colleagues providing professional and expert Reward advice and commercially focused solutions
· Develop high quality and enduring relationships with key service line stakeholders
· Enable design and delivery of the pay and bonus review for respective service line in accordance with Total Reward Strategy and specific service line requirements
· Analyse and interpret market data, develop pay matrices and salary/bonus modelling in accordance with the Total Reward strategy and requirements for the service lines supported Provide expert advice on all reward policy matters
· Identify opportunities for improvement and develop appropriate solutions in line with the Total Reward strategy
Your professional experience
· Experience dealing with senior stakeholders and influencing reward discussions through proven expertise
· Proven and robust communication and influencing skills
· Reward market data analysis. Previous experience of the following surveys would be desirable; Willis Towers Watson, Compensation Research, Hewitt, and / or McLagan
· Good technical skills e.g. SAP HR, Reward Systems, Access, Management Information systems
· Advanced Excel – to develop modelling tools, analysing and manipulating data
· Desirable but not essential - experience of working within a specialist Reward function or CoE within a large organisation
· Desirable - experience in dealing with change

Salary: £60,000 to £75,000 (pro rata) DOE PLUS £5,100 (pro rata) flexible benefit + 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro rata)
