Salary: £18,000 to £23,000 depending upon experience
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Recruitment Resourcer to join a growing team within Wilde Associates, established in Newport Pagnell for many years. As a Recruitment Resourcer you will work within a relaxed, friendly and professional environment where you will be supported by a team of specialist recruitment consultants where you will be able to continually develop your skills.

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be responsible for sourcing potential candidates
The main responsibilities of the Recruitment Resourcer are:
· Sourcing relevant candidates and completing the registration process
· Develop candidate relationships
· Work closely with the consultants to understand job vacancies
· Upload / Advertise job vacancies and advertising roles through 3rd parties websites and our own website
· Be happy entering data on to systems
· Monitor application responses and actively source candidates via various job portals
· Be active on social media
· Immerse yourself within the team and get involved
To be considered for our Recruitment Resourcer position, we are looking for the following:
· Excellent communication skills - written and verbal

· Strong administration and organisational skills
· Drive to succeed
· Friendly, approachable and able to hold a conversation
· Can-do attitude
· A Level English Language standard or equivalent preferred
