- Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 basic + commission + car / allowance (£4,200) + benefits including 28 days holiday PLUS Bank Holidays, Pension, Life Cover etc.
Developing new business by identifying corporates with suitable locations for client product and introducing the company for the placement of the product
Research corporate tenders and contract renewal dates and provide support in completing tenders
Visit corporate head offices and present solutions to a variety of corporate audiences
Develop and maintain an excellent level of product knowledge of the industry, conducting all business meetings with the highest integrity, adhering to all sales and service governance, compliance and controls at all times
Targets:
Achieve the targeted number of new corporate locations each month
Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective locations within the target corporates and plan sales activities to ensure these are closed at the earliest opportunity
Regularly visit head offices for service reviews and assist with all measures to improve product profitability
Responsibilities:
Responsible for identifying prospective corporate locations for product within specified business sectors
Extensively research the allocated sectors and create a clear plan to target corporates where the highest commercial returns can be achieved
Pro-actively undertake a variety of activities on a weekly basis to meet or exceed targets
Report timely and accurately in relation to all sales activities on a weekly basis
Ensure all contractual paperwork is accurately completed and submitted with all required documentation and site surveys
Assist the Operations team as required in relation to the site preparation and the installation of product
Maintain excellent relationships with head offices and visit them regularly
Assist with all activities in relation to the promotion of the product
Review the performance of installed product on a monthly basis and assist with any commercial renegotiations that may be required
Ensure all communications with corporates and colleagues are conducted in a professional and business-like manner
Meet all agreed deadlines and ensure the service delivered is as promised
Support the Management and wider business with ad-hoc requests as required from time to time.
Desired skills and experience:
Demonstrable record of successful sales in a corporate environment
Corporate portfolio management experience
Accustomed to working in high pressure and deadline driven environments
Sales and negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
The ability to plan and time manage effectively
PC literate – Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint
Driving licence
Highly self-motivated
Job Title: Key Accounts Executive – Corporate Accounts Executive
Location: Home Based role, however, you will be required to be in the Milton Keynes office one day per week
Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 basic + commission + car / allowance (£4,200) + benefits including 28 days holiday PLUS Bank Holidays, Pension, Life Cover etc.
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday
