Hourly rate: £11.00 to £12.00 per hour depending on experience



Great opportunity to join a busy home-delivery team in this on-going temporary position.

 

·         Customer service focused

·         Helping with the day-to-day planning and delivery of goods to customers resulting in timely deliveries/collections

·         Assisting with customer service KPI's are consistently met

·         Assist in the daily production of an accurate management information document for circulation

·         Maintain accurate and efficient files, both computerised and manual as required

·         To undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required for the effective operation of the function and the depot

·         De-briefing

·         Dealing with issues with driver deliveries

 

Requirements

 

·         Worked within Home deliveries

·         Analytical thinker with excellent planning and organisational skills

·         PC literate with experience of a computerised routing system an advantage (in addition to spreadsheet usage and database knowledge)

·         Good communicator at all levels

·         Numerate, with a sound financial mind

·         Attention to detail, minimising opportunity for error

·         Team player whilst able to work on own initiative

·         Must have the ability to prioritise

Hours of Work: 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday
