About the role:
The Trainee Support Analyst will work alongside the Internal Systems Team and will be trained in all aspects of the team’s work. The suitable candidate will be enlisted in an IT Apprenticeship program and will also be provided with on-the-job training for supporting Windows 10 operating systems, Mobile phones, VPN and various other IT Systems.
Responsibilities:
- The Trainee Support Analyst will be required to work in a busy support desk supporting internal staff with IT issues, as the position is a trainee role suitable training will be given.
- This will be both external via the apprenticeship scheme and hands on training.
- The role will also entail building and supporting hardware for new starters within the business.
Skills and Experience:
- A background and interest in computing is essential along with good communication skills.
- Ideally the candidate will have had some experience or exposure to Microsoft operating systems and any experience of the following:
- Windows 10 Operating Systems,
- Active Directory
- Mobile device technologies
- VPN technologies and basic networking knowledge
