Salary: Up to £10.50 per hour
Working for this popular organisation, you will be responsible for answering phones, either resolving customer’s enquiries and issues via phone, email or escalating to Manager.
PRINCIPAL TASKS OF JOB:
· To answer customer queries via email and telephone and chase internally/externally for information
· To provide additional assistance as and when required
· Able to think fast, find answers, and respond quickly to customer issues, all with a polite, empathic, and professional voice and manner
· Manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
