Salary: up to £65,000 - £5,034 Car Allowance
Your focus will be on helping to provide clinicians with the very best software experience that helps them do their job as efficiently, safely, and enjoyably as possible, in order to deliver great patient care and ensure the highest patient outcomes. You will be expected to understand the everyday workflow of clinicians and healthcare staff across our broad customer base in order to optimize the documentation and knowledge transfer and support deployment. You will be working closely with the EPR Product Coordinator to understand the solution and its dependencies. You should bring previous experience in deploying software into healthcare.
Main Responsibilities:
· Understands the end-to-end EPR features functionally
o Achieved by working with Product SMEs and SA EPR Product Co-ordinator
o Works with internal and external clinicians to understand and document clinical use and standardise workflow guidelines
· Demonstrates end to end EPR feature functionality to stakeholders in Deployment, Sales, Demo Team
· Co-ordinates end to end collateral (Users Guides, Videos, Briefings across the business)
· Ensures that all documentation is signed off and updated periodically
· Responsible for handover to Deployment for end-to-end features
· Responsible for end-to-end solution demonstrations / communications at the end of the PI
· Works with Training and deployment to implement competency-based training using LMS
· Acts as liaison with Product, RTE and owner of Deployment Trust to ensure end to end environments are facilitated.
· Liaises with QA and RTE to ensure that release notes are available that cover any EPR wide functionality

Person Specification
· Healthcare deployment experience
· Healthcare supplier experience desirable
· Clinical experience desirable
· Experience of creating user/training guides, customer focused documentation, workflow maps
