Salary: £24,000
My client provides cloud-based construction software solutions. This role will be a great opportunity to build a career in technology working with some very experienced and successful professionals on a clearly defined development path. My client is looking for motivated team members who have the autonomy and responsibility for their own projects and who are keen to make a real contribution to the success of the business.
Responsibilities:
· Configuring and Implementing rules/files for customers using in-house logical rules-writing computer language.
· Become an expert in our in-house rules-writing language and helping to improve it by developing ever more sophisticated algorithms and techniques.
· Contribute ideas to the growing portfolio of products and services.
· Maintaining and correcting rules files in response to changing customer requirements. Adhere to the company’s development and quality standards and style conventions.
· Providing support for customers by email and telephone.
Essential Qualities
· STEM Degree - Ideally have a degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
· Excellent IT skills.
· The ability to use initiative, work autonomously and contribute ideas.
· Technical aptitude and passion.
· Organized, methodical with good attention to detail.
· Ability to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and written.
· Excellent time keeping and administrative skills. ·
· Able to communicate by email/phone in a polite, concise and precise manner.
· Motivated and eager to learn.
