Salary: Up to £50,000 depending on experience + pension, parking, healthcare, social events etc.
Due to company growth, our client is seeking a highly capable ERP Implementation Consultant to deploy ERP software at their business. You will be consulting with management to determine their ERP needs, developing, and implementing ERP solutions.
To ensure success as an ERP consultant, you should demonstrate process knowledge of
Manufacturing and Distribution and the ability to document those processes. A first-class ERP consultant will be someone whose technical expertise results in optimised business processes, services, and human resource management.
You will report to the Operations Manager.
Candidates MUST have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and at least 2 years’ experience in consultancy or coding.
ERP Implementation Consultant Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Technology, or Management Information Systems
· A minimum of 2 years’ experience as an ERP consultant in a similar industry as Consultant or Developer.
· Extensive knowledge of business processes, ERP development tools, and coding languages.
· Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
· Superb problem-solving and analytical abilities.
· Excellent time management and organisational skills.
ERP Implementation Consultant Responsibilities:
· Ownership of new Priority ERP implementations
· Determining ERP needs via consultation, business process analysis, and observations.
· Developing and configuring customised ERP solutions.
· Writing programs and scripts to design user-friendly interfaces and optimised functionalities.
· Deploying ERP solutions and ensuring seamless system integration.
· Providing ERP end-user training and technical support.
· Documenting ERP processes and preparing deployment progress updates and training.
· Business process analysis, design, or re-engineering
· Project Planning
· Project budget management
· Pilot – Software procurement and software acceptance testing during implementation.
