Salary: £60,000 to £70,000 + free parking, health insurance, 25 days + bank holidays and the days between Christmas and New Year, pension, bonus scheme, on-going training and support and career progression to Partnership level
An exiting time to join this long-established firm of solicitors.
Many of the team have been with the company for several years and they believe this is through the support, training and progression that is provided by the head of department, management and administration teams and ultimately the progression that is achievable for their team members
They are looking to fill the position for a Commercial/Corporate Solicitor who would be able to supervise and train more junior members of the team, assist with the running of the department and who has a strong desire for career progression up to Partnership level
Must Haves
· Qualified Solicitor 8+ years PQE with previous experience in a quality practice
· A strong desire to further develop the department
· Preferably with a client following
· Experience working with lenders investors and pension schemes
· Experience working with SME business clients and large corporations
· Previous experience managing corporate/commercial matters including Share Deals and Partnerships
· Highly meticulous commercially focused and outcome orientated
· Track record in business development and outstanding client care
You will undertake a range of transactional work (along with your support team) across business/company sales mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, pension fund work and much more.
The company are serving clients nationally and offer quality legal advice for businesses and individuals in the following areas: Commercial Transactions / Business Law / Commercial Property / Personal Injury / Clinical Negligence / Family Law / Children Law / Litigation / Commercial Litigation / Buying & Selling Homes / Leases / Wills, Trusts and Probate / Powers of Attorney / Court of Protection.
