Job Title:Sales / Business Development / Account Manager, Networking Hardware
Location:Close to Milton Keynes
REQUIREMENTS
Experience as a BDM/Account Manager within the ICT sector working with end user customers.
Excellent all round communication skills including face to face, conference calls, emails and presentations.
An existing high level of technical knowledge to compliment your sales roles withing this sector
A track record of building relationships with customers based on knowledge, trust and respect
Work efficiently and optimally ensuring all systems are fully updated as close to real time as possible.
A full UK driving license.
OVERVIEW
Take full responsibility for company generated leads qualifying them and converting them to pipeline opportunities.
Scope out other new opportunities within each lead
Own the targets for your territory and use your resourcefulness and initiative to achieve them
Reporting to a Territory Manager and utilising their high level skill set to compliment your own
Work closely with your designated Pre-Sales Support Engineer
Develop and maintain strong and trusted relationships within all levels of the company, end user customers and the channel
Construct, deliver and follow up quotations
Grow your current technical understanding of IT networking and connectivity including switches, routers, servers, media converters etc.
Ensure that all pipeline activity is accurately recorded and updated within the CRM

Our client is looking for a highly motivated and self-managed individual whose high level of resourcefulness will contribute to the ongoing success of this very well-established company.
Market leading manufacturers of industrial networking hardware.
Managing sales opportunities in the UK and Ireland, you will be expected to qualify, quote and follow up on company generated leads.
You will also be working with a specialised and established channel of partners with the focus being the end user themselves.
Your technical knowledge of ICT, networking and connectivity will be vital to your ability to respond rapidly to leads, web chats and phone-in’s.
Based primarily out of the UK office near Milton Keynes
PACKAGE
A competitive basic salary £30,000 - £40,000 doe
