Salary: £21,500 base PLUS £600 flexible benefit + 25 day’s annual leave + Bank Holidays - PRO RATA
My client is seeking someone who is looking to expand their HR knowledge and this role in their busy on-boarding team is just the place for you to get that experience.
This team process all of the new starters to the business from summer starters through to Partners.
In this role you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of each candidate which means you will be involved in pre-screening, compliance checking, contract production and updating internal systems. You will use your analytical skills to evaluate information in order to overcome barriers that will arise.
Responsibilities
You should have proven experience of working in a HR administration / on-boarding / recruitment compliance related role (processing new starters) and preferably you will have gained or be studying towards your CIPD (or similar). You should be able to demonstrate you are a team player with a calm, courteous manner and be confident you can communicate professionally at all times. Microsoft Office skills are a must.
