Salary: £18,000 to £21,000 DOE
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established, successful and expanding commercial recruitment organisation.
About You
You may be educated to A’ Level standard (or equivalent) with excellent communication skills and looking to kick-start your career in recruitment?
You may be an existing researcher / resourcer wanting a change of environment?
You may be an ex-recruiter wanting to stay in recruitment without the pressures that a sales focussed recruitment role brings?
You may be interested in finding out more about a career in recruitment and not quite sure what the role entails?
Either way, full training is provided to assist you in becoming successful. Our experienced team of consultants and researchers will encourage growth through ongoing training, support & guidance.
The role involves liaising with candidates to generate interest in job vacancies that we are trying to fill on behalf of our clients. The role involves building and maintaining long term relationships and providing excellent service to the candidate. Ad-Hoc duties including contractor / temporary payroll for which full training will be given.
