Description


Salary: £40,000 to £46,000 DOE PLUS Benefits including KPI Bonus, Company Bonus, Pension, 28 days’ holiday PLUS Bank Holidays etc.



The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing a small team whilst managing and developing the company IT Infrastructure. They will monitor and maintain business critical infrastructure systems and services with the assistance of IT Team. Lead and manage the IT Team ensuring continued organisational support of the entire internal and remote access IT infrastructure, including business intelligence reporting and development, hardware and software support and development across the organisation. Project planning and long term planning of the infrastructure to enable the organisation to stay ahead of new and relevant technology and developing current software into new capability. Assist in driving change and effective implementation of new ideas with development and enforcement of standard IT policies and procedures.

Networking

Exchange

MCSE/MCSA

2+ years’ experience in an IT managerial role - including team KPI’s and performance Managing a VMWare and Veeam environment
