Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 (dependent on skills and experience) PLUS - Private healthcare and NEST Pension provided as standard. 23 days’ holiday per year PLUS Bank Holidays
Excellent communication skills are required to maintain a range of healthcare applications and hardware (touchscreen kiosks and peripherals), via a remote support desk role, using the following core technologies:

Key Responsibilities:
To support the Technical Services Support Manager in ticket management and resolution in a timely, accurate and pleasant manner. This role involves team engagement in solving tickets, having the skill set to communicate with the customer by telephone and email and attending site (when required) to make hardware fixes that includes kiosks, printers and LCD screens. This is a mixed role offering the suitable candidate the opportunity to enhance their skillset whilst working for a highly regarded, small, but innovative company.
Core responsibilities include:
Communicate with clients to gather information for investigation and then resolution of helpdesk issues
Installation and support of products and databases
Attending site to fix hardware failures and fix on site when required
Maintenance/troubleshooting of interfaces between various external data sources
Update, record and log help desk tickets via web interface and telephone
In performing the above responsibilities, the job holder shall adhere to ISO9001 objectives, and complete any additional job duties designated, which are reasonable and consistent with the job holders position and / or abilities well as all agreed company standards
