Salary: £30,000 to £34,000 DOE PLUS Benefits including KPI Bonus (up to £5,000), Company Bonus (up to £5,200), Pension, 28 days’ holiday PLUS Bank Holidays etc.
YOU MUST HAVE RUN A WHOLE WAREHOUSE OPERATION FOR AT LEAST TWO YEARS
The main purpose of this role is to maintain logistics activities from stock picking to despatch / receipt, including the supervision of warehouse operative. Working with the Stock Control Lead to ensure that inventory levels are optimised, KPI targets are met, the team is successfully motivated and developed through coaching, appraisal and leadership.
Ensuring that Logistics service provision is achieved to the highest standards, leading to excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Ensuring that all transactions are completed in accordance with company policies, procedures and systems to achieve accurate inventory information.
Working with the Stock Control Lead to determine stock requirements, write offs, identify problems, recommend solutions and drive implementation of improved practices. Organising work activities to ensure the most efficient and effective approach is adopted.
The role requires excellent leadership, communication and teamwork, require continuous training/support of personnel and close working relationship with all member of the leadership team within Logistics.

Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £30,000 to £34,000 DOE PLUS Benefits including KPI Bonus (up to £5,000), Company Bonus (up to £5,200), Pension, 28 days’ holiday PLUS Bank Holidays etc.
Hours of Work: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (37.5 hour week)
