Knowledge & Qualifications:
Solid understanding of one or more project management methodologies
ITIL awareness
Detailed technical knowledge of RPS configuration, usage and infrastructure (maybe learnt on job)
Understanding of specific challenges in working within software development and delivery
Any knowledge of Estate Agency is beneficial but not essential
Good SQL and Excel skills
Experience with Salesforce backend would be a bonus
Experience:

Demonstrable experience of delivering client facing projects, taking the lead across all phases of delivery.
Experience of delivering within a project portfolio including the challenges of planning and resource management.
Proven ability of tailoring processes to varying sizes of projects or business.
Experience of providing technical and business consultancy to clients, to shape the products delivered.
Hands-on technical experience in set-up and configuration of application software and infrastructure.
Experience of working under tight time and quality pressure
Desirable
Application of software delivery to estate agency processes.
Track record of recommending and implementing process improvement.
Simple .Net development skills at a conversion process level.
The Junior Technical Project Manager provides project delivery on small projects.
This will involve a variety of activities not limited to customer data conversions, process development and documentation. Management of few project management boards supporting platform development in an agile style and CRM tools.
The Junior Technical Project Manager will be responsible for reporting of project progress to senior management and clients, as well as working with clients on a day-to-day basis on project delivery.
Meticulous eye for detail, including excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Thrives on driven day-to-day problem solving, and pressured scenarios with changing priorities.
Committed to continual process improvement including measuring the impact of change.
Team player, with ability to build strong relationships with all staff
Customer service ethos, with approach to finding pro-active solutions that deliver client satisfaction
