Salary: £25,000 to £30,000
You are required to have DoubleClick, Google Analytics and Google Tag manager experience. If you do not have all three of these requirements your application will be rejected.
Working within the analysis team, reporting to the Media Strategy Director and ultimately the Digital Director you will be responsible for delivering analysis offering as well as ensuring that all campaigns are set up, tracked and managed correctly. You will work with social, website and PPC data selling in and presenting integrated measurement to clients.
You will work with the Media Strategy Director to help shape and grow the product my client is offering. You will play a major role in the development of the analysis team, helping to drive my clients offering within the communications sector and delivering ROI for clients.
You will ensure all data reports are delivered to users in a timely manner and interpretation of attraction and website traffic metrics is conducted. This data will be used to develop insights which inform our creative and strategic recommendations to our clients. You must be able to present your recommendations internally and on occasions, externally both to individuals as well as sometimes in front of large groups of clients.
You must have a genuine interest in digital and a passion for working within analytics / strategy. You will have a keen eye for statistics and analysis of their impact upon future campaign strategy. You must have an understanding of how websites are built and can be tagged and online advertising strategies, tracking methodologies and working with data sets.
You must have a very good working knowledge of excel and how to use it to generate good reporting; ideally including LookUps, Pivot Tables, Macros etc.
As someone with a real passion for data and measurement, you’ll work with the digital strategy, planning and analysis teams to improve and expand our offering for clients.
Qualifications/knowledge
A graduate with a degree, ideally maths / statistics based but not essential.
Knowledge in social, website and PPC data as well as integrated measurement and attribution modelling
You must have an understanding of how websites are built and can be tracked, online advertising tracking methodologies and technologies.
To be considered for this position, you must have:
GA web analytics
Experience in DFA would be preferable, but any ad serving platform (e.g. Atlas) will be applicable
Social listening skills and / or any experience of working with social data
Extremely proficient in using MS Office, and especially Excel
Knowledge of Google Adwords
Experience of using online dashboards such as Datorama
Great attention to detail and focus on quality
Happy to take personal responsibility for delivery with excellent organisational skills
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple varied activities
Not scared to challenge and change existing processes and mindsets
Good command of written and spoken English and the communication and rapport building skills to develop effective working relationships with internal clients and external suppliers
An understanding of internet tracking solutions, including URL and cookie based
Developed interpretive / analytical skills
Strong presentation skills; experience of presenting in front of clients (both at an individual level as well as in front of large groups of people)
Commercial Awareness
Interest in analytical and tracking technologies and systems
Experience of working with complex data sets (databases) desirable
DoubleClick Bid Manager certification desirable
DoubleClick Rich Media certification desirable
