Location: Solihull
The Business Development Executive will be a highly motivated individual who will be
responsible for generating business within the property sector. Predominantly, this will
consist of generating leads by telephone and securing online appointments, then delivering
a comprehensive product demonstration online to close the sale.
The Business Development Executive will have the support of the Sales Team on client specific matters and the Head of sales for personal development, training, on-going support and escalation.
General Duties:
Cold call B2B prospects to gather information update the CRM system.
Cold call decision makers to generate sufficient interest to secure an online
appointment for a software demonstration.
Facilitate comprehensive product demonstrations online clearly presenting features and benefits.
Ensure clients expectations are managed effectively by communication both verbally and with written contracts.
Document calls conversations and meetings with clients in relevant tools.
Establishing relationships with prospects, 3rd parties and other internal teams.
Driving customer’s loyalty through excellence in Client Service.
Acquire and maintain solid knowledge of the industry.
Attending meetings and brainstorming sessions and investing in your own learning of the industry.
