Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 DOE
A HR Adviser (working closely with the CFO/CEO) is required for an initial 12-month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will work closely with the senior leaders and managers in the business to provide HR support and advice across the UK business.
Responsibilities will vary on a day to day basis ranging from enabling organisational change, talent management, performance management, internal comms, reward and employee relations. There will be a number of projects that you will be involved in to help develop the HR offering across theUK.
My client has won many awards and holda number ofregional offices in the UK working with famous brands across a number of different sectors. Providing an unparalleled reach across the UK allowing them to scalefrom localised campaigns to a pan-regional or national level.
Key tasks:
Assist in designing and implementing a new HR operating model
Ensure best practice is followed for all core HR processes including; contracts management, employee files, on-boarding, attendance management, performance management, disciplinary and grievance
Act as the go to HR person responsible for managing ER
Develop and implement HR systems and reports to ensure accurate management of information
Continuously improve the HR control environment
Advise and support line managers and staff on HR and contractual issues
Assist in providing regular updates and risk assessments relating totheir workforce
Assist on the annual pay review process
Assist withrecruitment by managing job ads for the website and job boards, receiving and sorting CVs, responding to applications where applicable
Sills Required:
Excellent communications skills
Demonstrable previous experience actingas knowledgeable and trusted advisor, understanding and knowledge of HR policies and procedures
Experience of working in a multi tasked and fastpaced environment
Strong team player
CIPD qualified is desirable
