Experienced Production Manager required to lead and manage a production team to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
The successful Production Manager will have a hands-on background with experience in a fast-paced engineering / manufacturing environment.
The Production Manager will play a pivotal part of the production process from raw material goods inwards to final inspection alongside the direct management and motivating of the manufacturing team.
Production Manager Overview:
Motivating and management of the production team
Operating CNC Press Brake, Lathes & Milling machinery
Experience in a Metal Fabrication/ Welding environment
CAD experience beneficial
