Key Responsibilities:



  • Day to day management of three property software websites


  • Lead generation using SEO, PPC and Social


  • Managing campaigns and budgets across different channels


  • Analysing and utilising data for reporting and improvement


  • Optimising marketing spend and ensuring targets are met


  • Managing company social intranet


  • Managing external agencies and freelancers where required


  • Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data


  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing


  • Copywriting


 

A Digital Marketing Manager is required to join an in-house marketing team as they prepare to deliver a new website for their core brand in both the UK and Australia.

 

The Digital Marketing Manager, will help oversee the digital marketing strategy for the company, devise strategies to drive online traffic to three B2B websites and utilise a range of techniques including paid search, SEO, PPC, social and email marketing.

 

The role will suit an experienced digital marketer who can work with a high degree of autonomy on a variety of campaigns and projects.

 

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Digital Marketing Manager will support the internal marketing team.

 

Knowledge & Qualifications:



  • Hands-on skills in website management


  • Up to date knowledge of digital marketing techniques including:


  • Website management


  • Social media marketing


  • SEO


  • PPC


  • Project and campaign management


  • Analysis and reporting on campaigns, budgets and ROI


  • Ability to work on initiative when managing clients’ accounts


  • Ability to meet deadlines


  • Reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns


  • Growth in traffic, lead generation and monitoring levels of engagement


  • Basic HTML coding and web design


  • Property industry experience


  • Salesforce administration


  • Marketing automation


  • Event management
