Knowledge & Experience:
Experience of managing plans, scheduling of events and diary management is regarded as critical to the role.
Administration of an LMS [Learning Management Systems] or associated tools and processes would be desirable.
Knowledge of the Estate Agency world would be a distinct advantage.
Dynamic, self-starting individual with a desire to get stuck in and can collaborate with many internal teams (e.g. Service, Training, Projects).
Must be organised, structured and logical in their approach to tasks with excellent attention to detail.
Must have experience of working with customers at all levels to build rapport and establish deep, professional business relationships.
The role ensures that Client Training requests are effectively managed and delivered from initial receipt, determining – with guidance – the appropriate training course and the effective deployment of the Trainers. Underpinning this core responsibility of the Training Administrator will be to support the Training Team in maintaining the LMS (Learning Management System), though maintenance of Learner records and the Training catalogue.
Act as initial point of contact for all training requests both internally and externally.
Manage BAU (business as usual) training requests from clients, from initial enquiry to final confirmation as well as the planning of resources for training delivery.
Maintain the training catalogue within the LMS as provided by the Training Catalogue & Assurance Manager.
Day to day planning of training resources in line with agreed policies, business objectives.
Maintain user learning records.
Support the training team in booking of travel and accommodation.
Consistency of response and increased awareness of general training requirements.
Ensure that clients are booked onto the appropriate and correct training events to meet learning objectives.
Accurate training records provide the ability for both clients and the organisation to produce management
