A brand new and exciting opportunity to join a well-established holiday letting company with a brilliant nationwide reputation. Their busy call centre is responsible for taking incoming enquiries from customers considering booking a holiday and it is the responsibility of the Travel Experts to convert each enquiry into a booking.
The role of Reservations and Training Team Manager involves motivating, developing and driving a team of Reservation experts to deliver the highest levels of conversion, quality and customer service and support. This role is also responsible for managing and delivering the highest performance of shifts within the Operations Department.
About you:
You will have previous experience of working in a managerial role, with a proven track-record of guiding your team to achieving results whilst successfully managing change
Strong coaching and a track-record of driving high performance are crucial
You will have the people skills to motivate and lead a team, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving problems and issues
You will work well in a busy environment and be flexible and adaptable to change
Knowledge of general HR practices, and experience of working in a call centre, would be beneficial, but are not essential

Working Hours: This role will be offered on a shift rota basis, which will include some weekend work. Our teams operate from 9am - 10pm, 7 days a week. Weekends two a month. Two late shifts a week. A day off in the week for working on weekends.
