Salary: £17,000 -18,000 doe
Design
· Graduate level in Graphic Design/ IT/ Marketing or equivalent
· A good understanding of design best practice and design principles
· Some experience of digital design
· Some experience of creating HTML email and Word letters and brochure templates
Technical
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word
· A good understanding of HTML/ XAML and CSS
· Broad, general Web background knowledge
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
· Experience using bug tracking/ ticket tracking software would be beneficial
· An understanding of ITIL is desirable but not essential (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)
Personal

You must have great attention to detail, the ability to work on several tasks simultaneously and have good time management skills as it will be a fast-paced environment.
Our client, a rapidly expanding software company, is looking for an articulate, customer friendly, graduate level Junior Digital Designer to become part of their Web Team. On a daily basis you will create HTML marketing emails and brochures for their clients along with building strong relationships and being the prime point of contact for clients.
The Client Services Technical team [currently 8 people] provide template services to the client base.
The team works with clients to define, agree and implement assets that support the marketing and ethos of their clients and ultimately, allow the client to present their online and brand image professionally.
The team are involved in creating such documents as Letters, Brochures, Property Listings and Email templates which can cover the various functions within the Service suite (Sales, Lettings, Property Management, Client Accounts).
The Junior Digital Designer would work within the team, under the direction of a Senior member or the Team Leader and would support the delivery of both project and request fulfilment activities, including the resolution of issues in previously delivered templates.
The role is a hybrid of design and technical ability as the assets created have a tight integration with our core product and service offerings.
The team and individual would work closely across a number of Service teams, including Service Desk, Applications Support, Project Delivery and Testing.
The role would suit someone who wants to join a successful Client Facing team within an award-winning software company and offers excellent career prospects for the right individual.
The position will include liaising directly with clients and so a good telephone manner is also important. The role would play a pivotal role in helping shape the technical approach to improve quality, consistency and effectiveness of how these templates are delivered.
