Salary: £28,000 to £34,000 DOE + 28 days’ holiday PLUS Bank Holidays, Pension, KPI & Company Bonus and more
Working in this exceptionally clean environment we are seeking a “hands-on” and “likes to be on the floor” supervisor / lead for this fantastic organisation based in Milton Keynes.
Essential requirements / skills and knowledge
· Warehouse Management and supervision experience (minimum 2 years)
· Excel (Intermediate)
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
· Highly collaborative and team-oriented skills
· High level of logistics operations awareness.
· Excellent self-management skills
· Management & motivational skills
· Able to work under pressure
· Able to communicate and build relationships with customers

This position requires a confident knowledgeable person with drive the team to achieve results.
