Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 doe
Essential Skills and Experience:
Experience of working in a busy corporate environment
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken [minimum A Level Standard]
Quality and accurate written work, including attending board meetings / minute taking
Ability to operate with the upmost discretion and confidentiality
Ability to operate under pressure
Ability to use own initiative and with minimal supervision
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
Experience of using internal business systems
Multiple tasks for various departments being completed within deadlines and to the required standard
Effective delivery of new processes to ensure the smooth running and development of the business
Experience with Adobe EchoSign, Access and Visio would be an advantage although not essential.
Previous experience in a corporate, multi-site environment is essential, as is a good working knowledge of internal company systems including all Microsoft Office applications.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team in London as an Office Coordinator/Administrator. The position is responsible for the smooth daily running of the London office, meeting and greetingvisitors and providing comprehensive admin support to the UK team, including senior managers. The role is pivotal to the client’s excellent reputation as a leading, quality service provider.
Key Relationships will include:
HR Manager, CFO, CEO, Finance Manager, Heads of Department, External clients
The ideal candidate will have excellent demonstrable verbal and written English skills, be highly organised and have the ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time in what can sometimes be a physically demanding role.
