Salary: IRO £22,000 doe
CIT: Consultancy, Investigation and Training – Property Insulation
The main purpose of the Senior Administrator for Consultancy, Investigation and Training is to plan, arrange and schedule inspections and assessments in line with daily, weekly and monthly targets. The job holder will also be expected to update and manage databases, liaise with Clients daily and account manage inspection contracts. The job holder will be required to supply progress reports to the clients as well as resolve queries and complaints relating to inspection/assessment visits/client meetings. As the business grows there is potential for the role to develop into an Office Manager/Head of Administration.
CIT (part of an already well established organisation) was founded as a separate, independent body that helps to tackle problems associated with property insulation. Their expert investigation services are available to Local Authorities, Housing Associations, government departments, legal practices, property speculators, home dwellers and anyone dealing with the consequences of inappropriate insulation retrofits or improperly installed insulation products.
Plan, arrange and schedule inspection/assessment visits to ensure optimum efficiency of Assessors and maximum number of inspections/assessments.
Liaise with clients and communicate appropriate information to Assessors.
Provide an efficient and courteous link between clients, Assessors and members of the public.
Resolve queries and complaints relating to Inspection/Assessment visits.
Update and manage data held within the databases to ensure accuracy.
Answer calls and enquiries from CIT clients in a professional and efficient manner following specific guidelines.
Update internal documentation in line with new standards and procedures
Supply progress reports both to the CIT Director, and our Clients
Work with IT to develop databases and systems to maximise efficiency
Supply relevant reports to CIT Director for analysis as and when required.
Provide efficient and accurate administration support for new schemes under development.
As required, assist with the administrative support for other activities within CIT.
Produce reports and literature for CIT Director.
Other Duties
Deliver the required productivity levels whilst maintaining a professional and courteous service.
Provide information and advice on the range of services provided by CIT.
Attend relevant CIT meetings and client meetings when required.
Cover the duties / responsibilities of other team members as and when required.
Coach/Mentor Administrators under training and if required recommend further training and development.
Experience of, or an interest in, the construction industry would be advantageous.
