Salary: £20,000 to £24,000 + excellent benefits including 25 days’ holiday PLUS 8 bank holiday days + more

The skills you will need are:
· Confidence around IT particularly MS Word, MS Excel (including reporting) and MS PowerPoint
· A good administrative background dealing with anything that is given to you
· Deal with internal and external customers and stakeholders over the telephone
· Able to work in a pressured and intense environment
· Ability to work in a diverse and varied environment
· Ability to manage a very busy mail / inbox
Your role will require you to:
· Be prepared to grow and develop your knowledge of the team
· Bring your newly developed awareness into the role, the agenda and the relationships that are established
· Be credible and impactful when dealing with the firm’s senior people
· Demonstrate your initiative and show a “can-do” attitude
· Take responsibility for your work and own it through to completion
· Demonstrate enthusiasm and engagement in your work
· Able to work to deadlines and manage your own workload
· Able to prioritise according to urgency and importance of tasks, managing multiple tasks and finishing them within set timeframes
· Excellent and confident communication and interpersonal skills; able to deal with all staff grades effectively and establish rapport with people at all levels
· Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines; prioritising with a flexible approach
· Good working knowledge of SAP preferable but not essential

Hours of work: 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday – Agile working is on offer, part time hours are NOT considered but flexibility between 8.00am and 6.00pm is encouraged – potential to work from home one day a week
