Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 – 20 days holiday PLUS bank holidays, free parking, pension & salary sacrifice scheme and business travel insurance
Excellent opportunity for an experienced sales and marketing / account management executive that is developing business over the telephone and at events who is happy to attend events through the UK and occasionally to Ireland or Nordic countries.
The role is essential to the company as it acts as the front-line solution provider for our clients channel partners and end customers. The successful candidate must be organised, be able to multi-task, work well under pressure, be able to work unsupervised, be a team player and happy to talk and interact with a variety of audience.
Duties include:
· New sales partner development and account management
· Delivering product roadmap update and technical training to channel partners and at user events
· Answering product and sales enquiries from channel partners and end users over email, on the phone and face-to-face
· Following up on sales leads and enquiries gained from tradeshows, events, and other sources
· Co-work with and support Marketing Department to organise national and international business trips for product promotions
· Maintaining a database of sales figures and generate quarterly and annual sales account analysis
· Attending launch events, exhibitions and other customer-facing occasions throughout the UK, and occasionally to Ireland and Nordic countries
· Other administrative duties as required and requested
Essential criteria:
· Computer literate
· Familiarity with Windows operating system
· Microsoft Office suite and basic web applications
· Fluent in written and oral English
· Communicative and resourceful
· Clean driving licence
Desirable skills:
· Working experience in a similar role
· Working experience related to storage, IP surveillance or networking products
· Public speaking and presentational skills are highly desired
· Fluency in a Nordic language
· IT qualifications in storage solution architecture, network security and system integration

Hours of work: Standard office hours are Monday to Thursday, 9.00 to 17.30 and Friday 9.00 to 17:00, 1 hour for lunch – The role entails OCCASIONAL travelling, nights away and overtime
