Salary: £35,000 to £52,500 depending on level of experience + benefits
The Dev teams are split across different projects that link into different departments. There is variety of work along with the opportunity to work with some very skilled Devs to gain experience. They are currently working on some exciting new projects so watch this space.
The Head of Engineering has been with the company for 18 months and is making some exciting changes.
Skills & experience
· Possess a degree level qualification or equivalent in software engineering or related discipline
· Familiar with Agile software engineering methodologies and processes with a high level of experience defining and implementing software through the software development lifecycle
· 5+ years’ experience in the software development industry
Experience
My client are using technologies such as .NET, C#, MVC, SQL Server, Xamarin, but they are also an AWS partner and heading into the AWS cloud.
Candidates with B2B experience would be of particular interest, from a retail background would be the icing on the cake.
Work with the senior developer to coach a team of around 5/6 developers

Job dimensions
· Influences across a cross functional team of 5-7 people
· Works alongside a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Project Manager and Solution Architect
· Works with other team’s staff on related products and projects to understand and reduce impact of changes on those teams’ work
· Supports engineering staff within the team
· Responsible for the effectiveness of the team
· Creates and maintains relationships with other teams within the business
· Responsible for the quality of line of business critical software used by the business, which may include financial transaction based information
