Description

Excellent opportunity to work within a world renowned brand in their HR Shared Service team.

Two teams have recently been merged (HR Advisory & Sickness Absence) and there is a requirement to cross train employee’s from both teams. Because of the merger there is a large amount of work coming through so extra resource is required to assist with this workload.

YOUR ROLE will be to work on a number of sickness / absence cases in the main although there would be opportunity to work on more generalist HR cases too.

To be successful in the role the only experience we are really looking for is for someone to be able to “hit the ground running” re managing sickness absence cases with the business and its employees.

Someone that has worked with focus on sickness / absence OR someone with HR Generalist & case management experience around sickness / absence would be a perfect fit for this role.

A CIPD studier would be considered, this is NOT essential to the role.
